Developing a sense of collectivity on a daily basis to build a strong and harmonious corporate culture

During the first week of July, Laboratoires Chemineau CDMO organized an inter-service co-development workshop dedicated to Production and Operational Quality Assurance.

One of our main managerial challenges is to maintain smooth communication between teams and actively promote collaborative and cooperative behaviors through ongoing practices and exemplary leadership.

The objective of such workshops is to strengthen relationships between different departments and improve mutual understanding of roles and responsibilities. For this purpose, collaborative games were proposed, allowing participants to get to know each other better and work efficiently and respectfully.
